Meet The Founder

FieldTech Recruiter was founded by Erik Knippel. Erik has over 16 years’ experience working in the field as a Sr. traveling field technician. Coming from someone whose done the job, Erik knows extensive travel, long drives, unpredictable schedules, and customer facing pressure. With being aware of the burnout that comes with field based roles, and knowing firsthand why so many “qualified” hires don’t last, that experience provides a distinct advantage and shapes how we recruit.
